    PARTICIPANT SELECTION CRITERIA<\/h3>\n

    The selection of participants will be carried out jointly by the Lisbon City Foundation team, through a transparent and participatory process, taking into account the following factors: i) relevance of the functions performed within the organisation, in line with the areas of training and work described above, ii) ability to implement the skills to be acquired in the various modalities, according to their area of work, iii) ability to disseminate the knowledge acquired to other entities with similar activities and to colleagues, iv) possibility for participants with fewer opportunities to participate in mobility programmes, v) motivation to participate in mobility programmes and learning expectations, vi) professional and personal availability to participate in mobility programmes and dissemination activities.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n
