What for?<\/h3>\n
\n

Overall objective: to contribute to the psychosocial, academic and civic development of migrant pupils in the municipality of Lisbon who are in vulnerable situations, and to their integration into the host community.
\nSpecific objectives:
\n1) To improve migrant pupils\u2019 ability to understand, produce and interact in Portuguese, both orally and in writing;
\n2) To increase migrant students\u2019 motivation and academic success, stimulating their personal and social development;
\n3) To raise awareness (among students, volunteers and the community) of<\/p>\n

issues relating to interculturalism and global citizenship, encouraging the exercise of active citizenship.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Who is it for?<\/h3>\n
\n

Direct beneficiaries: immigrant pupils from the S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o de Brito neighbourhood who have difficulties with the Portuguese language.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
