This aims to assess the candidates&#8217; professional aptitudes based on the analysis of their respective curriculum vitae and motivation letter, graded from 0 to 20.<\/p>\n<p>b) Personal Selection Interview (EPS): factors such as levels of responsibility, initiative, motivation, autonomy, adaptability, and personality traits will be weighted. This aims to assess, through an interpersonal relationship and in an objective and systematic way, the candidates&#8217; professional and personal aptitudes by weighting specific parameters. It is graded from 0 to 20, with an expected duration of 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The AC represents 40% of the final assessment and the EPS the remaining 60%. The final grade, expressed on a scale of 0 to 20, will result from the average of the marks obtained in each of the methods used; candidates who obtain a final grade lower than 10 will be considered unsuccessful.
