Between July 26 and August 3, 2025, two staff members from the Lisbon City Foundation participated in the 4th Erasmus+ mobility program in Barcelona, Spain: “Digital Tools for Collaboration, Communication, Creativity and Critical Thinking (4Cs).”

The initiative, hosted by Europass Teacher Academy, provided an innovative and dynamic training experience, focusing on the integration of the 4Cs into education through digital tools and collaborative practices.

This six-day program combining theoretical input, interactive group activities, and practical workshops. Topics included creativity and critical thinking in the learning process, digital platforms for collaboration, strategies to enhance communication, and lesson planning that integrates the 4Cs with technology.

The objectives of this mobility program were to reinforce professional skills, explore innovative pedagogical strategies, and strengthen collaboration and teamwork in educational contexts. The Barcelona mobility thus offered a unique opportunity to reflect, exchange experiences, and acquire tools to apply in future projects at the Lisbon City Foundation.
