Applications for the “Erasmus+ Programme” (Project 2016 – I-PTOI-KA 102 – 022 405) are open until 30 November 2017, aimed at students on training courses at the Centro Europeu de Línguas (CEL), the Lisbon City Council (Câmara Municipal de Lisboa), or Casa Pia de Lisboa.

Selected candidates will undertake a 2-month professional internship in Spain, France, Italy, or the United Kingdom, where they will come into contact with new cultures, meet new people and, above all, gain experience in the European labour market.

The selection criteria for participants are as follows:

a) Curricular Evaluation (AC): factors such as basic academic qualifications, foreign language skills, professional training and experience, and career coherence will be considered and weighted. This aims to assess the candidates’ professional aptitudes based on the analysis of their respective curriculum vitae and motivation letter, graded from 0 to 20.

b) Personal Selection Interview (EPS): factors such as levels of responsibility, initiative, motivation, autonomy, adaptability, and personality traits will be weighted. This aims to assess, through an interpersonal relationship and in an objective and systematic way, the candidates’ professional and personal aptitudes by weighting specific parameters. It is graded from 0 to 20, with an expected duration of 30 minutes.

The AC represents 40% of the final assessment and the EPS the remaining 60%. The final grade, expressed on a scale of 0 to 20, will result from the average of the marks obtained in each of the methods used; candidates who obtain a final grade lower than 10 will be considered unsuccessful. Participants with the highest marks will be selected.

Those interested in having a professional experience abroad should send their curriculum vitae in the Europass format, expressly referencing “Erasmus+ Programme Application”.
