Objectives:

Empowering for internationalisation – establishing international partnerships and promoting peer learning among Europeans
Empowering for intervention – deepening knowledge and learning practices to promote active citizenship, the inclusion of migrants and the most vulnerable communities with fewer opportunities
Empowering communication and interpersonal relations in contexts of diversity – learning and applying inclusive strategies for managing teams and learners based on ENF methodologies

  2. Job shadowing in Citizenship Education_Logroño, Spain
  3. Course in Teamwork and Teambuilding_Prague, Czech Republic
  4. Job shadowing in Refugee and Immigrant Integration_Bologna, Italy
  5. Course in Intercultural Learning_Bologna, Italy
  6. Job shadowing to be defined

PARTICIPANT SELECTION CRITERIA

The selection of participants will be carried out jointly by the Lisbon City Foundation team, through a transparent and participatory process, taking into account the following factors: i) relevance of the functions performed within the organisation, in line with the areas of training and work described above, ii) ability to implement the skills to be acquired in the various modalities, according to their area of work, iii) ability to disseminate the knowledge acquired to other entities with similar activities and to colleagues, iv) possibility for participants with fewer opportunities to participate in mobility programmes, v) motivation to participate in mobility programmes and learning expectations, vi) professional and personal availability to participate in mobility programmes and dissemination activities.
