What for?
This project aims to promote the sharing of specific tools and methods for working with NEETs – young people who are not in education, employment or training. The aim is to improve organisations’ responses to NEETs in Europe through the development and acquisition of skills by youth workers, with a view to continuous learning and improvement, thereby contributing to the European Inclusion and Diversity Strategy. Specifically, the project aims to support participants and youth leaders in:
- Improving qualifications through new approaches to working with NEETs;
- Understanding the role of personal and social development in working with NEETs;
- Explain the problem of transitioning from school to work (having to enter the labour market) for NEETs.
For whom?
