What for?
Overall objective: to promote citizenship and the personal and social development of children and young people in the São João de Brito neighbourhood.
Specific objective:
- SO1 – raise awareness and mobilise children and young people in primary education at the Alvalade School Group to become citizens;
- SO2 – train strategic actors in the school community to promote citizenship; 3) provide the school with resources to promote citizenship.
For whom?
Direct beneficiaries: Teachers and pupils in primary education, migrants and CSO technicians.
How?
Main Activities:
- A1 – Train a Core Group of Volunteers for Citizenship;
- A2 – Carry out citizenship initiatives – activities and workshops for primary education;
- A3 – Train strategic actors in the school community (teachers and non-teachers) to promote citizenship;
- A4 – Create an Activity Guide and provide the school with resources for citizenship.
