Learn to communicate effectively with children, young people and adults from different cultures and backgrounds in our Intercultural Communication Course: develop skills to manage diversity in Lisbon. This Erasmus+ KA1 course has been designed for teachers, trainers and professionals working with migrants and in diverse contexts. It provides practical tools to improve communication, avoid misunderstandings and promote positive intercultural relationships.
The course uses practice-based learning methods:
For groups of 8 or more people, the schedule can be adjusted.
Teachers and educators, trainers and youth workers, psychologists, social workers, mediators and community educators, school counsellors and pedagogical teams, as well as professionals working with migrants in schools, NGOs or community projects. This profile is ideal for those working in primary and secondary schools, adult education and training, vocational education, migrant reception and integration institutions, civil society organisations, and inclusive cultural spaces such as libraries, museums, and similar contexts.
